Contact our customer support via email support. In such a case, you may need to provide as many details as possible to help verify your identity. The common method is to provide your deposit transaction details, so do not forget to send this information in the support email.
I no longer have access to the e-mail account that I used for registration in the system. Can you change the e-mail in my account ?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email and payment method accounts are secure. However, Merchant Shares has a default security feature which allows withdrawing profit into the same payment system(s) account that you used for your deposit(s).
